About The Role

Role Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide
Role Type: 12 months fixed-term; Full-time
 
As the Talent & Culture Consultant for Health & Safety (H&S), you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality H&S subject matter expertise. In this role, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of timely and effective H&S products and programs and ensure that these products and programs meet the needs of the business and that ANZ meets its Health & Safety accountabilities.
 
Your key accountabilities will include:
  • Supporting H&S activities including incident response and investigation, auditing, risk assessment, H&S projects and ensuring that targets & objectives are achieved
  • H&S administrative tasks including data and document management
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers & stakeholders
  • Providing quality and timely coaching, advice, and support on H&S matters
  • Promoting Health, Safety, and Wellbeing to key stakeholders
  • Reviewing the implementation of H&S products & programs across ANZ workplaces and providing feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and with legal & regulatory requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Tertiary qualification and prior experience in Health & Safety
  • Experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issues
  • Knowledge of trends and of relevant legislation in Health & Safety
  • Experience and success in building strong and collaborative working relationships
  • An ability to influence stakeholders and make a positive impact
  • Excellent communication, planning, organization and reporting skills
