The role

Working as the Compliance Coordinator in this newly created role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to make your mark!

The focus of your role will be to ensure the School’s risk management and compliance processes are implemented and adhered to. In addition to this you will also provide support to the Director of Business & Support Services offering you the opportunity to be exposed to exciting projects that support the development of the School. 

This position is an ideal role for someone who is seeking to take their career to the next level whilst also demonstrating:

  • Experience working with best practice compliance and risk management strategies and processes.
  • Knowledge of OH&S and Australian risk management standards.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills to support interaction with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Excellent written communication skills including demonstrated ability to draft and proof documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple and urgent priorities and meet deadlines.

A current Working with Children Check is essential for this position. Should you not have a current check, you would be expected to apply for one should you be successful in securing the position.

Note: the role has 4 weeks annual leave and is therefore required to work during the majority of the school holidays.
