 As Work Health and Safety Officer you will: 

  • provide timely and accurate advice about managing risk
  • Return to Work Coordination
  • contribute to the development of ACU’s safety management system
  • provide support to First Aid Officers, WHS committees and HSRs.

 You will need to demonstrate: 

  • relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent level of knowledge
  • experience with workers compensation and return to work coordination
  • the ability to show commitment with integrity to the Catholic Identity,  Mission and ethos of the University
  • flexibility to travel, several times a year
  • the ability to act with discretion and handle confidential information.
