What we offer
Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employee's 2018 Enterprise Agreement with a Level 4/5 salary range of $73,124- $79,488 (prorata for part time) depending on experience and qualifications.
Job description
The City is looking for someone who is passionate about working with the community and being part of a dynamic team focused on improving the wellbeing, connection and safety of the community. As a team we strive to build capacity and empower the community through an asset and strengths based approach.
The role also provides an opportunity for someone with experience in advocating and implementing initiatives that enhance Aboriginal culture to support the City to move forward on its reconciliation journey.
The ideal person will be up for a challenge, have a passion for social inclusion and be committed to achieving meaningful and measurable outcomes. To ensure the City can attract the right candidate there is flexibility for the role to be filled in a fulltime (76 hours per fortnight) or part-time (60 hours per fortnight) position.
