About the role
We are seeking a dedicated subject matter expert to support our organisation in developing our risk management processes, as well as ensuring we are preparing, responding and recovering from high impact events.
As Coordinator Risk & Emergency Management you would be responsible for supporting the enterprise risk management framework, systems and processes, as well as emergency management procedures within East Gippsland Water.
Working within a small team, this role offers the autonomy to make a highly valued impact to the organisation through improvements to existing systems, and enhancing organisational capability and maturity in risk, emergency management and compliance.
About you
We are looking for the right person who can demonstrate alignment with our organisational values, and have a willingness to contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation.
The successful candidate will have high level experience in application of enterprise risk management and emergency management, with the demonstrated ability to work alongside and gain co-operation from key stakeholders to develop, prepare and implement projects to minimise the exposure of risk to our organisation, our people, and the community.

This full-time ongoing role is based at our Bairnsdale Head Office, however flexible work conditions may be negotiated for the right candidate. This role has been classified as per our Enterprise Agreement as a Band 4 position, with Total Remuneration Package (TRP) of $101,046 - $126,929 per annum (including 11% Superannuation) based on skills, experience and qualifications.
