Wellbeing, Health and Safety Consultant (Permanent full-time) – Victoria region

Use your Wellbeing, Health and Safety skills to impact culture, and influence safety

We are looking for a Wellbeing, Health and Safety (WHS) Consultant that works as part of a team, as well as autonomously. As part of the McKenzie Aged Care Group, a values-driven organisation with resident outcomes at the core of our being; you will help us to impact the culture, and develop our safety management systems to achieve best practice.

Become part of a collaborative and driven team. Manage and support a region in Victoria, in all aspects of WHS, as well as working more broadly in other states.

You require at a minimum a Diploma in WHS, excellent written and verbal communication skills; WHS, claims and injury management experience, an ability to implement and affect safety in a diverse and rewarding workplace.

The WHS team works tirelessly to make a difference to the lives of our staff and residents alike.  We need someone who matches McKenzie’s commitment to creating safe and inclusive homes that all our senior Australians deserve.

The role will be based predominantly in our Support office in Brighton, VIC.  There will also be the requirement to visit (and work from) sites across Victoria, and you will also have the ability to work from home on occasion. The role being advertised is a full-time position.

Our Victorian aged care facilities/sites are located in Lynbrook, Melton South, Reservoir, Rosebud and Templestowe.
