The Role

Are you a superstar Quality & Risk Manager looking to apply your skills in a not-for-profit setting? If you have a passion for continuous improvement, best practice, creating efficiencies, and enabling others to do their jobs better, then we need you!

The responsibilities of this role are broad and span risk management, workplace health and safety, and compliance. You will need to be able to balance the need for structure and regulation, with the practicalities and realities of being in a small and quickly changing not-for-profit.  With four sites already in metropolitan Sydney and the fifth opening in Parramatta in November, travel within the Sydney area will be necessary.

We need someone with high bandwidth, fastidious attention to detail, and ability to create a positive risk and compliance culture within Fighting Chance.
