An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Work Health Safety professional to drive WHS initiatives and provide WHS advice across all levels of Council.
Key areas of accountability for this position include:
- Provide specialist advice and guidance in relation to Work Health and Safety
- Ensure effective investigation of incidents and identify hazards to reduce employee injury
- Ensure the Council has in place effective management of risk
- Manage Council’s Safety Management System
