IBAC is Victoria’s anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. We do this by:

• investigating and exposing corruption and police misconduct
• informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented.

Here is your opportunity to use your strong conceptual and analytical ability, interpersonal skills and significant risk management experience to ensure a sound risk management framework for IBAC by working with and supporting highly dedicated colleagues and management.

Reporting to the Manager Governance and Risk, you will be responsible for providing leadership, support and oversight in developing and implementing IBAC’s risk management framework. You will also continually monitor disruption-related risks and IBAC critical controls and develop plans to assist IBAC in limiting potential exposure and strengthening IBAC’s ability to meet its strategic and operational objectives.

Ideally you will have significant experience in assisting management teams to identify, assess, evaluate and appropriately plan for and manage risk.

Your strong project management, influence and negotiation and exceptional communication skills will enable you to become quickly established in the role.
Secondment arrangements will be considered.
