Our Regulatory Services team is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Resilience Coordinator to Manage Council's preparedness in responding to and recovering from emergency incidents. You will have proven skills in the development and writing of reports and strategic plans applicable to Emergency Management and other Regulatory Service requirements.

You will have a high degree of knowledge and understanding of legislation, policies and processes specific to Emergency Management, including good analytical and research skills to develop, review and maintain all reference documents relevant to Councils response to emergency situations and in preparation for mandatory audits.

You will have a high level of communication skills both written and oral, with a proven ability to influence change through strong negotiation and mediation skills. This will include the ability to facilitate committee meetings and work in partnership with other agencies to ensure the timely and effective response to emergency incidents. A high level of Coordination skills will assist in the ongoing training and development of staff in preparation of response to emergency incidents.
