Quality Coordinator - Residential Aged Care - Melbourne 

Are you passionate about providing and developing Quality Improvements within Aged Care?


THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Join a medium sized Aged Care provider who have facilities in Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Quality and provide a supporting role to implement and evaluate continuous quality improvement
  • Ensure all facilities have a consistent approach to quality
  • Assist sites with quality functions through audits

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Current/ recent experience in a similar role is beneficial (2-3 years)
  • Completed (or willing and able to successfully complete) aged care Quality related course
  • Previous experience in quality or continuous improvement services
  • Previous Aged Care experience or related health or community settings
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training (or equivalent such as ‘train the trainer’) - preferable but not essential
