About Us
State Trustees provides Victorians with financial and legal assistance during all stages of their life, including specialised services and products such as Will Writing, Powers of Attorney, Executor Services, Trustee Services, and Personal Financial Administration.

About the Role
As a Health and Safety Specialist you will be update and maintain State Trustees safety and injury management systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. You will collaborate with the leadership team and team members, leading the wellbeing program to meet employee and organisational needs.

This role is ideal for a Health and Safety professional experienced in developing and implementing organisational health, safety and wellbeing programs.

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in safety, OH&S or related discipline
• Development and maintenance of safety management systems
• Implementation of organisational wellbeing programs
• Knowledge and application of relevant legislation, frameworks and policies and procedures as they relate to OH&S
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A background in other OH&S roles and/or certification as a Return to Work Coordinator will be highly regarded.
