- Salary: $70,535 to $81,047 per annum (pro rata) + Superannuation

If you are methodical and assertive then we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Claims Management Officer on a permanent part time basis. As part of our Risk, Safety and Assurance Department, you will be encouraged to achieve your best and thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.
As a Claims Management Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for all WorkCover claims enquires and be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the City of Stonnington’s Work Cover Claims. This will include following up on relevant investigations, managing appointments, monitoring claims and payments and maintaining accurate and confidential records. Additionally you will provide professional advice, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the unit. This is a great opportunity in a newly created role and a chance to further advance your knowledge in claims management.
To be successful in this role you will be motivated and thrive under pressure with the ability to positively contribute in a cohesive team environment. You will be a strong communicator to gain cooperation and assistance from a range of stakeholders with excellent time management skills, as well as sound problem solving and organisational abilities. A certificate of completion of a Victorian WorkCover Authority approved training course and previous experience in a work cover and return to work environment are essential to be considered for this position.
