Start off the New Year in an exciting role with the City of Stonnington! We are currently seeking a permanent full time Risk Officer to join our Risk, Safety and Assurance Department located at our modern and sustainable office in Malvern.
In this position you will assist in the delivery of methodical entry and dissemination of records relating to the Department’s service requirements and when required, undertake field visits in order to collect information/photographs relating to claims against Council that can be used to enable an informed decision for the resolution of the claim.
The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative based role and experience in administering public liability, commercial crime, property liability and / or motor vehicle insurance claims. Additionally you will have proven time management skills, demonstrated knowledge of computer programs and the ability to deliver quality customer service with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills that support a positive image of Council.
