About the role (position description is attached): 

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a renewed focus on health and wellbeing during a period of transformation at the Library. The Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor will coordinate the Library's injury management and return to work program, acting as a first point of contact for ill or injured staff and volunteers and providing effective case management and liaison between staff, managers and health professionals as required. Reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager and working closely with the broader People team, the role is responsible for return to work planning, managing WorkCover claims, and designing and implementing programs that promote physical and mental wellbeing.
