About the role
Reporting to the Senior Recovery & Performance Coordinator, this role is responsible for implementing a pilot Quality Assurance Program (QAP) to monitor and improve the quality of independent medical examinations. The role will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development and evaluation of quality initiatives.
The role includes using medical/allied health knowledge and expertise to influence improvement in more clinically appropriate use and undertaking of independent medical examinations.

About you
You are an experienced medical or allied health professional, with a background in implementing quality programs. Your communication and organisational skills are highly developed, and you have the ability to liaise in a professional manner with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians to develop materials and evaluate processes. You are client centric, with the demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments. You also possess the following skills:
