About the role

Reporting to the Change Lead, this newly created role will partner with the WorkSafe 2030 team, business leads, People and Culture team and WorkSafe’s change management partner to design and deliver end-to-end change management activities.  You will work to drive acceptance of this change into the business and across a number of stakeholder groups.

Key accountabilities

• Effectively partner with project team and business stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end change management activities
• Develop comprehensive change management plans including impact assessment, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, communications, training and transition plans
• Identify training needs arising from the implementation of new systems, processes, ways of working
• Monitor change activities against project critical path, ensure key milestones are met
• Report on business stakeholders being ‘ready, willing and able’ to accept change, implement mitigation strategies as required
• Work collaboratively across the Change Strategy team to ensure consistency of services and strategic and integrated decision making

Skills & experience

• Ability to influence the thinking and actions of others, and to facilitate the engagement of diverse groups
• Demonstrated experience managing projects including excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of capability uplift interventions
• Demonstrated ability to undertake research, provide analysis and make recommendations to provide innovative solutions in a complex environment
• Experience in providing advice and support to leaders through organisational change

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business or Psychology desirable
