Health Advisor

About the role
The Health Advisor provides health services support to all levels of leadership and employees across Victoria, to prevent and address issues of physical and mental health impacting our people

Duties include;

  • Case Management- Develop, implement and promote quality health support and plans to meet the needs of specific employees across the business whilst supporting both the manager and employee
  • Deliver educational support to Senior Leaders and People Leaders to ensure quality health supports to people with consideration of operational needs
  • Develop proactive initiatives in line with the Victorian Mental Health framework ( i.e. Anti-Bullying framework)
  • Provide representation on various panels and committees including in house and Government
  • Work with broader P&C team to assist in looking at employment from a health perspective

About you
To be considered for the role you will be a qualified Allied Health professional and will possess;

  • Experience in employer based health programme development and or management
  • Case Management experience: Proven history working with individuals with barriers and ability to develop strategies to assist / mitigate risks / problem solve from a health perspective
  • Knowledge of or experience working with budgets would be an advantage
  • Superior relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel to our regional and CBD locations
