People, Safety & Wellbeing Officer

We are seeking applications from highly motivated individuals to join the Goulburn Broken CMA in the role of People, Safety and Wellbeing Officer.  The successful applicant will bring with them a genuine interest for human resource and occupational health and safety activities in a contemporary setting. The position will see you use your well-developed innovative and analytical thinking to support the Goulburn Broken CMA to continue to provide effective and responsive employee initiatives.  You will have demonstrated experience in providing administrative support including the management of HR/Record management systems, the ability to analyse and provide advice on relevant policies and procedures; and strong communication skills that enable you to build collaborative relationships.  Familiarity and ability to interpret relevant legislative and regulatory requirements would be highly beneficial to succeed in this role.
