We are currently recruiting for a Manager Strategy & Innovation within the Strategy Planning & Innovation Directorate located at our State Headquarters.
The NSW SES is undergoing a process of transformation which may impact this role. The intention is to bring more permanency in our workforce as we transition toward 2018. Joining the NSW SES during this exciting transformation journey will position applicants well to move into our next generation as the leading volunteer emergency service in NSW.
The role is responsible for leading and managing the development through to delivery of the NSW State Emergency Service Strategic Plan.
Lead engagement and influence through co-creation and partnerships with key stakeholders. Manage the reporting, analysis and recommendations of organisational performance and tracking of strategic initiatives.
Manage integrated planning processes to support achievement of strategies with consideration to scarce resources and complex internal and external environments. Develop an innovation hub for members to bring ideas to life that support our strategic direction.
