The City of Sydney, one of Australia’s premier Councils, has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced, highly motivated, results driven Senior Case Manager to work as part of our friendly workers compensation team.
In this role you will lead the workers compensation team in the timely, effective management of workplace injuries and claims in accordance with legislative and NSW self-insurance licence requirements. You will effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders including medical practitioners, legal professionals, managers and injured workers.
You are someone with great customer service skills who can resolve conflict, engage in difficult discussions, have attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Extensive experience as a case manager managing a team for a self-insurer is essential.
