We are actively looking for a Work Health & Safety (WHS) Coordinator who will develop, implement and manage a range of strategic workforce programs in order to achieve best practice in workplace health, safety and wellbeing.

Your main purpose of the role will be to consult, advise and guide managers and employees on a broad range of health, safety and wellbeing matters and work collaboratively to implement effective prevention and management practices.

You will develop and coordinate evidence based initiatives to foster a health promoting workplace where physical and psychological health outcomes for employees are maximised.

To be successful you will;

• demonstrate ability to critically analyse WHS issues and develop and implement appropriate strategies, policies, procedures and programs
• have advanced written and oral communication skills
• obtain tertiary qualifications in WHS or the equivalent and/or extensive experience as a work health & safety professional
• have ability to critically analyse WHS issues and develop and implement appropriate strategies, policies, procedures and programs
