Exciting 12-month contract opportunity in Ballarat!
Salary up to $112K plus Super
Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week)

The Role

You  will partner with our Operations teams to conduct a full review of risk assessments and controls for operating sites, fixed plant and equipment and associated facilities.  You will also implement a partnering approach to work with our Operations teams to implement best practice safety standards and influence a Safety is Everyone’s Priority approach. 

About you

You will be a dedicated health, safety and wellbeing professional with an approachable and trusting communication and style, that is passionate about the positive effect your function can have on the customer experience.  

If you've got:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in health, safety and wellbeing role that includes field safety
  • Extensive experience in conducting plan and operations risk assessments and maintaining risk registers
  • Great people and communication skills and proven experience in building effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in leading local change initiatives and improvements in health, safety and wellbeing; and
  • Are a team player …
