The Central Land Council (CLC) is a Commonwealth Government statutory authority covering the entire southern half of the Northern Territory - an area of 776,549 square kilometres. The Council consists of 90 Aboriginal people elected from communities in the southern half of the Northern Territory. More than 250 people work at the CLC and at least half of its employees are Aboriginal.

About the Opportunity

The Central Land Council is looking for an Organisational Development and Work Health & Safety Officer to join their team in Alice Springs on a full-time basis. This is a fixed-term, 12 month contract, with the possibility to extend.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning, development and evaluation of training and development programs, and WHS risk management activities.
