The final report on OHS and environmental concerns at a Victorian fire-fighting training centre will be handed down today.

A parliamentary committee has been examining issues at the CFA's Fiskville training site.

People who have trained at the site raised all kinds of concerns, including issues with pollution, contamination and unsafe activities dating back to 1970.

The inquiry was launched to fulfil an election promise when the Andrews Labor government took power.

An earlier report from 2012 said firefighters training at Fiskville were exposed to dangerous chemicals, but concluded that the training ground was essentially safe.
