The outstand work of teams and individuals of WorkSafe Victoria’s insurance agents have been recognised at the Injury Support and Service Awards in Melbourne last week.

Nin e winners were honoured at the gala night for their outstanding service to injured workers.

Special guest at the annual event was Australian Paralympian Jack Swift, who had his lower right leg amputated after a workplace accident in 2006.

Mr Swift said it was crucial that case managers, injury management advisorys and return to work specialists received due recognition for their valuable work.

“Without you, people like me wouldn’t be able to do the things I’ve gone on to do,” he told the audience.
